Jerry Reed Hubbard (natural March 20, 1937) is an American country music singer, country guitarist, and songwriter. He has too appeared inside on top the 12 films. Biography
Reed was natural around Atlanta, Georgia, the second kid of Robert & Cynthia Hubbard. He played at local clubs & was signed by Capitol Records to a three-year recording contract within 1955 By 1958, he was signed to NRC Records, where he as well served as a guitar player & background vocalizer in the staff b&, working alongside more NRC creative person Joe South and Ray Stevens. the second background vocalizer at NRC was his married woman Priscilla Mitchell, world health organization scored a united states duet hit by having Roy Drusky for Mercury Records, "Yes, Mr. Peters". His right-known recordings were for RCA, including number 1 hits include "When You're Hot, You're Hot" (1971), "Lord, Mr. Ford" (1973), and "She Got The Goldmine (I Got The Shaft)" (1982). He besides received a Grammy Award for Best Country Instrumental Performance in 1971 and 1993.

Reed's acting career began inside 1975 with his debut in the film W.W. and the Dixie Dancekings but his most memorable character is Cledus Snow from the three Smokey and the Bandit films.
